Industrial Design was my gateway to the design industry which led to the digital world. I have spent over 14 years designing for diverse industries and users. My career opportunities have given me a solid foundation for design processes, thinking and management. Allowing me to aspire to develop and design applications and websites that truly create insightful and enjoyable experiences.
Starting with basic UI/ UX over a decade ago I found myself working as a System Designer for complex projects with a holistic approach. As my career progressed to B2B, B2C, and Saas applications, so did my tool set and skills for approaching problem solving.
I bring a unique perspective to design in many ways. One being that I am legally blind. This definitely drives my passion for accessibility, allows me to think and design in different ways to bring diversity to the process and approach, as well as, bring compassion, empathy, and empowerment to those I get the privilege to lead.
Design to me is a way of life. It's not a job but a passion that I grow every day.
